Main Extrusion System

Equipped with SJ series high-efficiency single-screw extruder; the screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA nitrided alloy with a special plasticizing structure of L/D ratio 36:1 for uniform and stable melting plasticization. It supports production with virgin PP material, calcium carbonate high-filled modified material and recycled PP scraps, with the maximum filling ratio up to 60%, greatly cutting raw material costs. Conventional models achieve stable output ranging from 280kg/h to 600kg/h; screw sizes of 90mm, 105mm and 120mm are available for customized orders.

Precision Forming Auxiliary Units

Self-developed special T-type coat-hanger die ensures balanced melt pressure. Equipped with vacuum sizing cooling bench with independent dual-circuit vacuum system and forced water cooling to guarantee flat sheets without warping or honeycomb collapse. The whole line integrates servo traction, servo fixed-length cutting and automatic stacking. Only 1-2 workers are required for operation, supporting stable 24-hour non-stop continuous production.

Intelligent Electric Control System

Standard closed-loop control system with Siemens PLC and touch HMI; real-time automatic adjustment of temperature, melt pressure and traction speed with intelligent fault alarm function. Key low-voltage electrical components adopt top brands ABB and Schneider. The equipment adapts to global power supplies such as 380V/50Hz, 440V/60Hz, with optimized voltage stabilization protection for areas with unstable power grids to reduce on-site commissioning failure rate.

The produced PP hollow sheets feature moisture-proof, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, non-toxic and recyclable properties, exempt from fumigation inspection, serving as ideal substitutes for cartons and wooden pallets:
