This PP hollow grid board production line supports flexible size customization. The finished sheet width ranges from 1220mm up to 2800mm, sheet thickness covers 2mm to 12mm. The stable output reaches 200–600 kg/h, and line speed can be adjusted between 2m/min to 10m/min. It can run with pure PP raw material or mix with talcum powder, calcium carbonate filler to lower raw material cost greatly, while keeping good rigidity, impact resistance and bending performance of final hollow panels. The control system uses famous brand PLC, touch screen, frequency inverter and servo drive parts. Operators can set thickness, width, cutting length, production speed and alarm parameters on one panel. The system supports real-time temperature monitoring, pressure feedback and fault self-diagnosis, which reduces manual operation difficulty and material waste during production.
