This full set PP hollow grid board extrusion line consists of auto feeding system, drying unit, high efficient single screw extruder, hydraulic screen changer, special alloy steel hollow sheet die head, vacuum calibration platform, cooling system, haul-off unit, edge trimming device, cross cutting machine and automatic stacking machine. Every key component is carefully selected and precision processed. The screw and barrel adopt high wear-resistant alloy treatment, which greatly extends service life especially when processing recycled PP material. The vacuum calibration system ensures uniform thickness of the sheet and effectively reduces board warping, surface ripple and internal stress.

Our production line supports both virgin PP and recycled PP granules as raw materials. Customers can adjust the formula according to local raw material supply and cost budget. We support customized production specifications: available sheet width from 1220mm up to 2800mm, sheet thickness range from 2mm to 18mm. Single layer and multi-layer co-extrusion structure are optional. Different surface treatments such as anti-static, UV resistant, flame retardant can be realized by adding corresponding masterbatch during extrusion.
