The PP hollow grid sheet extrusion line adopts advanced single-screw extrusion technology. The recommended melt temperature range for PP raw material is 180–220℃. Stable and precise melt temperature control is critical for consistent sheet forming. Too low melt temperature will result in poor plasticization, weak fusion between layers and easy sheet cracking. Excessively high melt temperature causes material degradation, sheet warping and uneven thickness. Our machine is equipped with segmented barrel temperature control system, which allows operators to adjust the temperature of feeding zone, plasticizing zone and die zone separately, to maintain uniform melt flow and stable sheet quality during long continuous production.

This production line consists of feeding system, single screw extruder, special hollow grid die head, calibrating unit, cooling system, traction device, cutting machine and automatic stacking machine. The specially designed die ensures even material distribution, so the finished hollow panels have uniform wall thickness, flat surface and stable hollow grid structure.

The finished PP hollow grid sheets have features of lightweight, high impact resistance, moisture-proof, waterproof, corrosion resistance and easy processing. Widely used for packaging turnover boxes, building formwork, advertising boards, agricultural packaging, partition panels, logistics packaging and protective packaging.

Key electrical components are famous international brands including Siemens, ABB, Schneider and Omron. The whole line runs smoothly with low noise, low failure rate and energy saving. We can customize the machine according to customer requirements: different sheet width, sheet thickness, grid structure, and different production capacity from 300kg/h up to 800kg/h.
