During operation, the automatic feeding, drying and mixing system purifies raw materials by removing moisture and impurities to ensure melt purity. The professionally optimized single-screw extruder achieves uniform melting and plasticization of PP materials. Equipped with a hydraulic automatic screen changer and melt metering pump, the equipment maintains stable extrusion pressure and uniform output, effectively avoiding common defects such as thickness deviation and surface blemishes.
The high-precision alloy T-die serves as the key forming component. With an balanced internal flow channel design, it distributes melt evenly and extrudes standard hollow grid board blanks in one pass. The follow-up vacuum calibration platform adopts an independent dual-vacuum negative pressure system and circulating water cooling structure. It quickly shapes the board through uniform vacuum adsorption, accurately fixing board thickness, width and hollow structure. This process greatly improves flatness and eliminates warping, deformation and collapse, ensuring consistent finished board quality.
Equipped with multi-stage traction and constant-temperature annealing leveling devices, the production line effectively eliminates internal stress, improves board toughness and flatness, and prevents deformation and cracking during later use. An optional double-sided corona treatment unit enhances surface adhesion to meet the requirements of printing, lamination and other deep processing procedures. The final servo cutting system supports fixed-length precision cutting with smooth burr-free edges. Cooperated with automatic stacking equipment, it realizes unmanned continuous material collection and significantly improves production efficiency.
The whole line adopts a PLC intelligent control system, which centrally regulates temperature, pressure, speed, tension and other core parameters. It supports synchronous linkage, self-inspection, real-time monitoring and one-click debugging, featuring high automation, simple operation and stable operation. The line is compatible with virgin PP materials, recycled materials and high-filler formulations, supporting flexible production of boards in various thicknesses and widths. With low energy consumption and high yield, it fully meets the requirements of modern green manufacturing and large-scale production.
