In recent months, our PP honeycomb composite board extrusion line has witnessed rapidly rising demand from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Russia and other overseas markets, gaining consistent favorable feedback after customer put into formal production. Different from conventional twin-extruder honeycomb equipment on the market, our core production line is configured with six independent single-screw extruders for synchronous co-extrusion molding. Every extruder is fitted with separate feeding system and independent segmented temperature control module, which can precisely distribute raw material to form intermediate hexagonal honeycomb core and double outer surface sheets in one continuous production process, removing extra secondary bonding procedure and cutting clients’ extra labor and energy consumption cost.
