The new intelligent PVC/WPC NFC Foam Board Production Line has been officially released, delivering high-precision, energy-saving and multi-functional manufacturing solutions for green building and decorative foam board production.

This upgraded production line supports flexible switching among PVC foam board, WPC wood-plastic board and NFC open-cell foam board production. Equipped with advanced twin-screw extrusion and micro-foaming control technology, it ensures uniform cell structure, flat board surface, stable thickness and consistent quality. Finished boards feature lightweight, flame retardancy, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and excellent secondary processability, ideal for furniture, interior decoration, advertising signage and construction partition applications.

Adopting full-process PLC automatic control, the production line realizes automatic feeding, extrusion, cooling, traction and cutting, greatly reducing labor cost and human error.
