This advanced production line supports multiple raw materials including PP and PC, and can produce hollow grid boards with a thickness range from 2mm to 30mm and a maximum width of 2600mm. The finished boards feature uniform structure, smooth surface, light weight, shock resistance, waterproof, anti-corrosion and anti-aging performance. Fully recyclable and environmentally friendly, the final products are widely used for turnover boxes, construction hoardings, advertising panels, packaging protection boards and greenhouse sheets, covering diverse industrial applications.

Equipped with high-precision twin-screw extrusion system, independent vacuum shaping device and circulating water cooling system, the production line ensures board thickness tolerance within ±0.1mm and highly consistent product quality. The whole process from extrusion, shaping, traction, cutting to stacking is fully automated. The production speed can reach 8m/min with a maximum output of 1500kg per hour, greatly improving production capacity and reducing manual labor costs for mass production.

Adopting Siemens PLC intelligent control system and human-machine touch screen interface, the line realizes one-click parameter setting, real-time data monitoring and automatic fault warning. Remote monitoring and easy operation greatly lower technical requirements for workers. The modular structure design facilitates convenient installation, disassembly and transportation. With low energy consumption and low failure rate, the equipment effectively reduces long-term maintenance costs and brings higher cost performance for global investors.
