Service Details

On-site Installation: A professional installation team (with at least five years of plastic machinery installation experience) will arrive with a full set of tools and oversee equipment assembly, plumbing and electrical connections, and production line commissioning.

Trial Production Support: During the commissioning period, we will provide comprehensive guidance to customers during the trial production process, until the finished product qualification rate reaches over 98% (adjusted based on product type).

Safety Training: On-site explanation of equipment operating safety regulations and emergency shutdown procedures, along with the distribution of the "Equipment Safety Operation Manual" (Chinese and English versions, suitable for overseas customers).
