 By the professional design elaborate manufacture JWSBL vertical series and JWSBW Horizontal series and HDPE/PVC double wall wave tube production lines are all automatic controlled by computer, with high capacity, steady output and high automatic control precise.

Extruding Machine: The extruding machine can be designed according to the material the customer used. As for HDPE, new type high efficiency single screw extruding machine is suggested. As for PVC, the parallel double screws and conical double screws  is suggested.

Calibration Table and mould: Calibration table and mould head are with a high precision. The modules are with good interchangability. The modules cooling pattern is water cooling and wind cooling two types. The belling can be achieved during the production, which will ensure each performance data of the shaping tubes. The double circular cutter is applied to make sure the excellent cutting precision. The whole line is controlled by the Siemens artificial interface system with great self control ability. Through changing the extruding machine and relevant parts, the line can produce PVC reinforced tube. The line has been widely used in Shanghai Jiangsu Anhui Shanxi Shandong Zhejiang provinces.

Double-wall corrugated pipe is a new-type light pipe with the smooth structure on the inner wall and the ripple on the outside wall, and there is a hollow layer between the inner and outside walls. Owing to the special pipe wall structure design, it has many excellent features such as high strength, lower weight, high voltage resistance, good flexibility, corrosion resistance, good abrasion resistance, convenient operation, low installment cost, long service life and so on. It is widely used in fields such as municipal reconstruction engineering, building and industry and agriculture drainage, agriculture water-saving irrigation, waste water treatment etc. It is the best alternative product of traditional concrete pipe, cast-iron pipe and other pipes.
