PVC building template production line

1.The characteristics of the equipment:

The PVC wood plastic building template equipment produced by Qingdao Zhongsu Plastic Machinery Co. Ltd. is composed of double screw plastic extruder, automatic vacuum feeding machine, plate mould, vacuum shaping and cutting etc.. with a compact structure and superior performance. The optimum design of the screw and the screw barrel and the adoption of the special high performance alloy steel, make the whole machine have the advantages of uniform plasticizing, stable extrusion quantity, high output and long service life. The barrel of the extruder is heated by the cast aluminum heater and cooled by the wind flow to keep the temperature under control which is measured by the precision electric meter. The board can be well shaped through the precise calibration forming machine which can be adjusted flexibly. As for the automatic cutting part, the fixed length cutting device is adopted to guanrantee the precise length of the plate. The brands of the electrical component applied in the equipment are: SIEMENS, ABB, Schneider and other international brands (non counterfeit).

2.The characteristics and advantages of PVC wood plastic building template:

(1)The raw materials of PVC building template board are PVC and wasted recycling materials.It is a new type template to replace the steel templates and bamboo plywood with moistureproof, mouldproof, non absorbent, flame retardant performance.

(2)Non stick cement, easy to release after construction, no deformation.

(3)High construction efficiency, good quality. The construction of the building with a smooth surface, does not have to be modified furtherly.

(4)For the low cost and light weight, it can improve the construction efficiency, facilitate the storage and transportation and make the construction convenient.

(5)This processing method has many advantages, as the wasted templates can be crushed and then be reproduced. This can save the resources and is in line with the requirements of the "green industry".

(6)PVC crust foamed plate can insulate and absorb the sound. It has the heat insulation performance, and good shock proof effect.

(7)The final product can be processed through various processing,such as drilling, sawing, planing which can be nailed, glued like timber. The board can be welded and bonded with other PVC material. Therefore it can be flexibly processed at the construction site.

3.Difference between the PVC building templates and the common building templates:

(1)Environmental protection: Whether timber resources or steel resources, are non renewable resources. As a substitute of the steel, bamboo or wooden moulds, it can procvide ecological protection, green health and building decoration with no pollution.

(2)Recycling: The traditional building templates are damaged after used which become a solid waste and cause the environmental pollution. The wasted wood plastic building templates can be recycled and processed. They have been crushed again and put into the processing machinery for recycle usage to achieve the formation of new products.

(3)Durability: The common wooden template can be used for 3 to 4 times, while the wood plastic templates can be used for 25 to 28 times. The strength of the wood plastic building templates are 8-10 times of the common wooden templates’ strength, which are tested through dropping them from 3 to 4 meters vertical position to the ground with no damage and no deformation.

(4)Function: The wood plastic boards are waterproof, fireproof, alkali resistant with excellent anti-corrosion, sound insulation, stability and weatherability. They do not absorb water, the layers of which won’t separate and are easy demoulding.

(5)Practicability:The wood plastic board with the similar properties to the wood board, can be processed into any shape through various processing method such as sawing, nailing, polishing, sticking and chisel. The structure made the boards can be fixed by the nails and screws. It can simplize the maintenance for its light weight. It is easy processed than bamboo and wood. It can be made from various materials with different quality, also can be made from the mixture of recycled materials and raw material.
